We were a young family attempting to buy in a competitive market from the opposite side of the country with a relatively modest budget, and Clyde made the process as easy and unstressful as buying a home can be in those circumstances. We found him to be extremely trustworthy, able to understand our situation and provide the guidance and advice he would give to his own family member. He was fantastically attentive even though he undoubtedly was also working with other clients whose budgets were bigger and so would lead to a greater commission for him.
